A platform for population survey data on end of life circumstances from around the world

Population representative, longitudinal, and multidisciplinary surveys of older adults with internationally coordinated survey instruments. Several of these studies conduct an end of life interview after a respondent has passed away to obtain information on key content areas surrounding the respondent's death.

Research-ready variables that are defined as similarly as possible across all datasets and are accompanied by extensive documentation. It only includes data in reference to respondents who have passed away and is easily merged with core Harmonized datasets.
